Copenhagen – Day 2
Not surprisingly, after last 4-hour night, today I slept 12 hours. No matter what, the average time of sleep in my case revolves around 8 hours.
A little bit of working
After stuff that everybody does in the morning, I sat down to UX course. I looked once again on the project and deliverables that will help students implementing the idea.
Cooking and talking
2 hours later I cooked a dinner. While cooking, we were started talking about next week trip where my girlfriend is coming back to Poland for a week.
We planned how things will look like (transport, people to visit, places to go)
Not long after that, we had to get going. There were few events at the college campus we decided is worth to attend to.
We attended two of the presentations . Both were conducted by consulting companies who were pitching to DTU students interested towork there.
Everybody is equal
There was nothing new when it comes to WHAT was presented but definitely, the HOW was different.
Communication was very open, frank and with mutual respect. Nobody looked at anybody with a condescending look in their eyes.
You could tell that there was no difference between the senior managers and students.
Nobody was smarter, more eloquent, better. Unfortunately, that is not always the case in Poland.
Hanging out with people
After two presentations we ate some food delivered for the event attendees and hang out with people there.
A few hours later we came back home and went to sleep.
