The day before workshops
I slept long hours but didn’t wake up refreshed. The pillow wasn’t the greatest but I assumed this kind of tiredness won’t go away after one night.
I took a long morning shower which is not something usual for me. I was hoping it would help but it didn’t.
I was not in the mood today. I felt aggravated and tired. Everything stopped making sense to me. I’m familiar with the feeling even though I very rarely feel that way.
Get for a walk
Pushing myself to work at that moment would be pointless. I went for a walk and watched a movie.
Get recharged a little bit
After this, I felt a little bit better so I decided to look at the workshop for the last time and continue creating user profiles and value proposition canvas for my company. I need both things to design a specific way of communication that suits my customer and their goals.
Delicious food once again
After a few hours of work, I went to the restaurant.
After I came back I get very tired and needed to take a nap.
Overslept in the evening
I woke up with a feeling that I overslept for the meet up that I was about to go at 7pm.
I was right, it was 6.45pm. I quickly awake myself and managed to leave at 7.05pm.
The meetup was about getting to know other lecturers of the Element UX Talks event.
I was 30 minutes late but turned out I was one of the first people there. I chatted for a few hours with the people there but I wasn’t in the mood for deeper and more interesting conversations.
Home and sleep
I get back home around 10pm and decided to do nothing involving thinking till the end of the day. I needed to have some energy for tomorrow.
Plan for #027
Tomorrow is going to be more relaxing. I don’t have to go anywhere 😉
