Same things once again
Total time: 23:32 (16h 47 min + 6h 45 min of sleep toggled the day before )
Got up very early, around 7am.
After my morning routine which includes toilet and breakfast, I started working on UX course materials.
It was very important to finish the tasks by the end of tomorrow because the next days are going to be very busy.
Traveling and events
From Wednesday to next Monday I’m not going to be able to do work for my client. I’m going to Warsaw to be a part of Mentorship’s Day at the organization I create UX course for. The 2-day meeting is going to be about improving the processes regarding teaching, creating materials, conducting workshops and many others.
Time for some exercises
After about 8 hours I finished what I wanted to finish so I decided to go running.
It’s very important for me but for the last 2 weeks, I neglected it a little bit. I used to run 5km at least twice a week. On average, I ran 3 times a week in August. I felt great.
Run was not good.
I was stiff and get tired quicker than usual.
When I was running more regularly, just as I did in August (I run about 60km then), I noticed I was started to get tired after 3-4km. Today I was tired after 2km.
After the run, I rested for about 5 minutes and run 1km as a cool-off. The casual run was very pleasant. I wasn’t stiff, my muscles were relaxed.
That was clearly a sign that I should run more frequently to avoid the stiffness and having a hard time at first kilometers.
I had to choose what I’m going to do. Either I start the course that would help me rebrand myself more efficiently or I publish the blog posts.
I decided to do the latter.
I pasted the content of the blog post to WordPress and started to format the post to be as easy to read as possible. I get tired after 6 pieces of writing.
On average, publishing one post took me about 30 minutes. I was expecting it to be a little bit less time consuming, 20 minutes tops. But what can I do 😉
