Writing blog posts
I slept for 8 hours which was a sign that I’m getting a little bit tired after the week. Today I was quite determined to write as many blog posts as I could.
After writing all these posts I decided to plan Saturday with non-work activities because it was time to rest. Noticing when you’re starting to burn out is very important.
Relaxing and having fun is the only thing to do when that happens. By doing that, you can stay productive throughout the days and weeks.
A few years ago I ditched the “fun part” from my life which led me to be half-productive throughout the weeks and even months. It was a big waste of time and health.
